I completed my RYT200 at Yoga Bliss School, an exceptional studio nestled in Karachi. It boasts state-of-the-art facilities, complete with a wide array of yoga props, making it the premier destination for yoga enthusiasts in the city. Sir Zafar is not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about imparting his knowledge. Starting my formal Yoga journey, little did I know how lovely and amazing every second of it was going to be!!! The moment I stepped into the premises of Yoga Bliss School, I was totally lost in the facilities and the equipment which created an ambience of peace.
Sir Zafar was the key to the aura all throughout our sessions with his patience and empathy to all of us in the group, complimented by the lovely friends I made in our group. Not only did Sir Zafar teach us so perfectly, but encourages us in our future endeavors as well.

I’ve been taking yoga for a few months now and it’s been such a game changer for me. I had a knee problem and very weak hamstring muscles and yoga has really helped me work on having a stronger core and being more calm and more present in my daily life. Zafar is an exceptional instructor. He is so calm and has such a lovely energy. He’s attentive towards everyone, respectful and amazing at what he does. He makes the class challenging yet fun and motivates you in the right direction while pushing you just the right amount. He has wonderful stories to tell 😊 that motivate and he changes the routine from time to time introducing new postures and stretches to push us and keep the class interesting.
