Zafar Shah, the founder of Yoga Bliss, is an E-RYT200 and YACEP Certified Trainer from Yoga Alliance International, with over 13 years of dedicated yoga practice and 6 years of teaching experience. His passion for yoga goes beyond the physical aspects, embracing its mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Zafar’s teaching philosophy is rooted in creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students of all levels feel empowered to grow and explore their potential. With a deep commitment to personal wellness and mindful living, Zafar brings a unique blend of traditional techniques and modern insights into his classes. I completed my RYT200 at Yoga Bliss School, an exceptional studio nestled in Karachi. Starting my formal Yoga journey, little did I know how lovely and amazing every second of it was going to be!!! The moment I stepped into the premises of Yoga Bliss School, I was totally lost in the facilities and the equipment which created an ambience of peace.

I’ve been taking yoga for a few months now and it’s been such a game changer for me. I had a knee problem and very weak hamstring muscles and yoga has really helped me work on having a stronger core and being more calm and more present in my daily life.
